The Floor Where
Your Grease Is Made.

26,000 tons a year, filled on our own lines, loaded into your containers. No trading company between you and this floor — and you can walk it on video before you pay a deposit.

Production Flow

From Raw Base Oil to Loaded Container.

Four stages, all under one roof — the same floor handles your stock order and your private-label run.

Filling & Packaging

One Line Fills It All.

Mixed-SKU containers are routine — cups, pails and drums share the same production week, so a distributor can fill a mixed container instead of over-stocking one grade.

  • 0.4–1 kg — sachets, cups and tubes for retail shelves
  • 0.8–17 kg — pails and buckets, private-label printing in-house
  • 180 kg — open-head steel drums with lining
  • Mixed containers — several grades and pack sizes in one 20′ or 40′ HQ
  • Loading evidence — stuffing photos and weight notes in every shipment file
F5 and F6 filling stations with empty open-head drums ready to be filled with grease

Who You Are Actually Buying From

A Factory. Not A Trading Company.

We don't buy grease and re-sell it, and we're not an export agent marking up somebody else's price list. The kettles, the filling lines, the lab and the export paperwork all belong to the same company — and to the same people you email.

  • Our own plant, our own lines. 26,000 t a year from one site. No toll blending at a third-party plant, no re-labelled drums bought in from elsewhere.
  • No export agent in the middle. The person who quotes you works on the same site as the kettle hall. There is no layer to say "let me check with the factory" — we are the factory.
  • The price comes off our own cost sheet. Base oil, soap, additive package, tin, freight. You can see where the number comes from instead of accepting a marked-up list.
  • One team from sample to claim. The same technical contact handles your sample, your batch records and your COA — so nothing gets lost between departments.

How Payment Works

Straightforward terms, set by the factory — not by a middleman's finance department.
Terms
50% T/T deposit · balance before shipmentThe container is fully paid before it leaves the yard. No balance chasing after the B/L is out of our hands.
Currency
Pay in your own currencyLocal-currency settlement is available in most of the markets we ship to — you pay into a local account in local money, instead of a USD wire with a correspondent-bank fee and a three-day float.
L/C
L/C at sight for established buyersRepeat accounts can move to a letter of credit. First orders normally start on T/T while we build the record together.
Incoterms
FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW — all openTell us the term your forwarder works on and the quote comes back on that basis. Nothing is fixed until you say so.
