The Right Grease For
The Way Your Equipment Works.

Heat, shock, dust, water, salt air or washdown — every industry kills grease in its own way. Pick your industry below to see the formulations that survive it.

Industries Served

Ten Industries. One Kettle Source.

Each card lists the duty conditions that destroy ordinary grease and the LLF lines formulated against them. All grades ship with batch COA and MSDS.

01Steel mill roller bearings packed with high-temperature grease near furnace glow

Steel & Cement — Industrial Grease for Steel Mills

The killer: sustained 150–220 °C bearing zones, continuous duty, no shutdown windows for re-lubrication. Ordinary lithium bleeds oil and carbonizes.
Our answer: high-temp and polyurea grades with dropping points to 260 °C and low oil separation at heat — formulated for central-line and manual re-greasing alike.
Recommended lines
High-Temp A / BPolyurea
02Mining excavator loading haul truck under dust and shock loads

Mining & Quarry — EP Grease for Mining Equipment

The killer: shock loads that rupture oil films, abrasive dust, washdown water. Thin-film greases squeeze out and bearings turn to scrap.
Our answer: MoS2 solid-film EP grades (4-ball weld 280 kg+) and water-resistant calcium bases that stay in place under impact and rinse.
03Excavator chassis pins and bushings on a construction site

Construction Machinery — Grease for Excavators & Loaders

The killer: chassis pins and bushings under cyclic impact, mud, clay and pressure washing at end of shift.
Our answer: tacky EP lithium grades with strong shear stability and adhesion — they cling to the pin, resist squeeze-out and flush-out.
Recommended lines
Lithium EP2 / EP3MoS2
04Port crane slew bearing and wire ropes in marine salt air

Ports & Cranes — Marine Environment Grease

The killer: salt-laden humid air corrodes bare raceways; wire ropes need a tenacious film that will not fling at drum speed.
Our answer: calcium-base anticorrosion grades for slew and pivot bearings, tackified rope grease that strings and stays on the wire.
Recommended lines
Calcium A / BTackified
05Tractor and harvester fleet greased with water-resistant calcium grease

Agriculture — Farm Machinery Grease

The killer: seasonal fleets sit then sprint, water washdown is constant, and budget per drum matters across hundreds of machines.
Our answer: value-balanced lithium EP2 for general chassis work plus calcium grades for wet implement bearings — container-mixed to fit one season.
Recommended lines
Lithium EP2Calcium A / B
06Truck fleet mechanic greasing chassis kingpin with grease gun

Truck & Bus Fleets — Chassis Grease for Fleets

The killer: kingpins, fifth wheels and spring pins under road shock; long service intervals demanded by fleet maintenance contracts.
Our answer: lithium EP2/EP3 with high mechanical stability for extended intervals, plus NLGI 00 semi-fluid grades for sealed wheel hubs and gearboxes.
Recommended lines
Lithium EP2 / EP3 · NLGI 00
07Railway technician greasing locomotive axle bearing on inspection pit

Railway — Axle & Curve Grease for Rail

The killer: axle bearings run hot for days without attention; rail curve greases must cling under vibration and rain.
Our answer: long-life lithium and polyurea grades for axle and traction-motor bearings, tackified grades for wayside curve lubricators.
Recommended lines
LithiumPolyurea · Tack
08Sealed-for-life industrial electric motor bearing with polyurea grease

Motors & Fans — Polyurea Grease for Electric Motors

The killer: sealed-for-life bearings cannot be re-greased — the grease must outlast the appliance without oxidizing or bleeding dry.
Our answer: polyurea grades rated 250 °C+ dropping point with oxidation stability tuned for decades of sealed service in motors, fans and alternators.
Recommended lines
Polyurea
09Military vehicle field maintenance using MIL-spec grease

Military & Defense — MIL-Spec Grease

The killer: field conditions from arctic cold starts to desert heat; procurement requires traceable compliance, not marketing claims.
Our answer: grades produced against MIL-PRF-10924 (arctic automotive) and MIL-PRF-81322 (high-speed wide-range) references, with batch documentation for tender files.
10Food processing line machinery using NSF H1 food-grade grease

Food & Pharma — NSF H1 Food-Grade Grease

The killer: incidental food contact is inevitable on processing and packaging lines — non-H1 grease is an audit finding waiting to happen.
Our answer: NSF H1 registered grades for ovens, fillers, conveyors and packaging machines, with the registration paperwork supplied alongside the COA.
