Batch Traceability

Every Batch Has
Its Own Record.

Unique batch ID — kettle number, grade, fill count and production date on every pail and drum label. Reorder the exact same formulation by quoting the batch number.

15-month retention samples — sealed samples of every batch are kept for 15 months. Any quality claim within this window is retested against the original.

5-year record archive — production and QC records for every batch are archived for 5 years, from raw-material intake to final packaging.

In-process inspection — checkpoints run through the whole workflow, including inline weight control at the filling line.

Third-party verification — SGS / CIQ testing available on request for tenders and regulated markets, at cost.
