Our certification body&#8217;s auditor noted particularly strong performance in batch traceability and corrective-action follow-through.<\/p>\n<h2>What the audit covered<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Raw-material intake:<\/strong> Every lithium hydroxide, 12-HSA and base-oil lot checked against spec before release to production. Retention samples kept per lot.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Production process control:<\/strong> Kettle temperature curves, saponification hold times and milling parameters logged automatically; operators cross-verify.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Laboratory:<\/strong> Penetration, dropping point, 4-ball EP\/wear, oil separation, copper corrosion, oxidation stability &#8211; every batch, before release.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dispatch and traceability:<\/strong> Every pail, keg and drum carries a batch code linked to the kettle record, the lab COA and the customer order. Retention samples held for 15 months &#8211; one year past typical usage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Why this matters to buyers<\/h2>\n<p>An ISO certificate on a wall is easy to fake from a distance; an audit result is not. When you qualify a grease supplier, ask not just <em>&#8220;are you certified?&#8221;<\/em> but <em>&#8220;show me the last two audit reports, including any non-conformities and their closure.&#8221;<\/em> A clean multi-year surveillance history is one of the few things a trading company cannot simply buy.<\/p>\n<h2>Continuous improvement items from this cycle<\/h2>\n<p>Zero non-conformities does not mean zero findings. Two minor observations were recorded as improvement opportunities &#8211; both around document version control in the lab &#8211; and both closed before the audit report was issued.
